We’re excited to announce that, later this year, Credit Europe Bank is transitioning to a new name: Nexent Bank. While nothing changes in how we serve you, we are using this strategic move to bring our identity closer to what we truly stand for: a bank designed around you – personal, fair, and approachable.
All existing agreements and services will remain unchanged. We continue to offer tailor-made corporate finance solutions, including trade and commodity finance, project finance, marine finance and supply chain finance. Our treasury services will also continue as before. The only difference you will experience is in the look and feel of our communications, confirmations, and documents.
We’ll begin introducing the Nexent Bank name over the next few months, with the full transition expected around mid-2025. You’ll hear more from us as the transition progresses, and we’ll make sure you stay informed along the way.

No, you do not need to download a new app. You can use the current app as usual. The app will usually update automatically, depending on your individual device settings. If you're having trouble accessing it, please try updating it manually.
Your existing contracts remain valid without change – no action is required on your part. Only our name changes.
This remains unchanged. You can obtain these documents via the regular channels. Of course, you will receive the requested information also for past periods, at minimum until the end of the retention period. The Information however will be presented under the new brand.
No. The rebranding is a change of brand identity and has no effect on your contractual terms – it does not create a special right of termination.
No. Your account details, including IBAN, remain unchanged. You can continue to use your account as usual.
Yes. Your login credentials for online and mobile banking remain the same. You can log in just as before.
Absolutely. Also in this regard nothing changes. Your deposits remain protected up to €100,000 per depositor per credit institution under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme. In case of joint accounts, the limit of €100.000 applies to each depositor.
Yes – in a positive way. The user interface is being modernized to offer a clearer, more customer-oriented experience. All functions remain and will be gradually expanded for more control and convenience.
