- Direct retail banking in the euro-zone is focusing on savings and credits products to retail customers. It is managed and supported by a multilingual contact centre in Frankfurt, Germany and by assisting staff in Germany and Romania.
- Russia, Romania and Ukraine are operating as retail banks and commercial banks, offering a wide range of services to retail customers and enterprises.
- Switzerland focuses on private banking and portfolio management.
- Trade and commodity finance is supported by Credit Europe Bank Dubai.
- Marine Finance is supported from the Malta branch.
